The Drapkin Institute for Music Entrepreneurship provides intensive programs and workshops that help musicians explore and develop exciting careers beyond the traditional job pathways.  Workshops, lectures and classroom instruction will help you envision and forge a career as a music entrepreneur.  Our one year immersive program offers unique instruction specifically tailored for college music performance graduates and professional musicians.

The Drapkin Institute is located in beautiful Austin, Texas, providing the perfect backdrop to our classroom instruction.  Students will live in a vibrant arts community featuring all genres of music – from country to classical and jazz (and everything in between).  Students can attend concerts featuring world-renowned performers and are encouraged to fully explore the Live Music Capital of the World.
